Delete your data

DressRight AI lets you erase the data we hold about you. There are two ways: directly inside the app (preferred — instant) or by emailing us if you have already uninstalled the app.

Path A — Inside the app

Use this if the app is still installed. Deletion is processed immediately.

  1. Open DressRight AI.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation (gear icon).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete my data.
  5. Confirm the prompt.

The app sends a delete request to our server, then wipes the local database, secure preferences and cache. You can reopen the app afterward as a brand-new user.

Path B — By email

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it. Click the button below to open your email client with a pre-filled request:

Email a deletion request

If your email client cannot open the link, send a manual message to mail@alceitlabs.com with the subject line DressRight AI — Data Deletion Request.

Tip: If you still have the app installed, include your anonymous device ID. Open Settings, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and long-press the version label (e.g. v1.0.0 (1)). The ID is copied to your clipboard — paste it into the email body. This lets us locate your records faster. Without an ID we can still delete based on the email address you write from, if you have ever contacted us before.

We aim to confirm email-based deletions within a few working days. The 30-day cap is the GDPR Art. 12 statutory ceiling.

For data-protection questions, GDPR rights requests beyond deletion (access, portability, rectification), or to lodge a complaint about how we handled your request, contact mail@alceitlabs.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
